1. What is Telehealth?
Telehealth is the delivery of healthcare services using electronic communications, information technology, or other means between a healthcare provider and a patient who are not in the same physical location. Telehealth may be used for diagnosis, treatment, follow-up care, patient education, and other health-related services.
2. Your Consent
By using NowGLP Order's telehealth services, you consent to receive medical care and treatment through telehealth technology. You understand that you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by discontinuing the use of our services.

- Convenient access to healthcare from your location
- Reduced travel time and costs
- Ability to receive care from the comfort of your home
- Reduced exposure to other patients who may be contagious
- Access to healthcare providers who may not be available locally
4. Risks and Limitations
While telehealth offers many benefits, there are also potential risks and limitations:
- Technical Issues: Information transmitted may not be sufficient to allow for appropriate medical decision-making

- Security Risks: Despite security measures, there is a risk that your health information could be compromised
- Emergency Situations: Telehealth is not appropriate for emergency situations requiring immediate medical attention
- Technology Requirements: You must have access to appropriate technology and internet connection

9. Privacy and Confidentiality
We take your privacy seriously. All telehealth consultations are conducted in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws. Your health information is protected and will only be shared as necessary for your care or as required by law. However, you should be aware that no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
